HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please fill out the secure order form to the right.  We will get back to you within 24 hours with your provider information.
HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ORDER?
 
Orders can be paid securely by Pay Pal in the products section or by credit card by selecting "checkout"  in the products section.
WHY DO I NEED A PROVIDER?

Each earphone is custom made.  Therefore, you will need impressions made of your ears.

Hearing Dynamics has professional providers all over the nation that are trained to take ear mold impressions at a reasonable cost.
I HAVE MY IMPRESSIONS

Please send your ear impressions to the address below.  Make sure to include your name, phone number and address so we can match your ear impressions to your order.
WHEN WILL I GET MY EARPHONES?

Your earphones will usually ship within twenty-one business days after the lab receives your ear mold impressions.   Please let us know if you need them sooner and we will see what I can do.*
